CSP SCHEDULE, Wednesday 11/16 2:45-5:00 PM   (arrive on location by 2:30 PM)
The event Christian Service Project (CSP) is a hands-on opportunity for NCCAA Division II Volleyball to assist Campus Crusade for Christ in the ministry in Osceola County.  Teams will be assigned locations for service and information will be provided later (in coaching packets).

As part of their participation in caring for at-risk kids, prison inmates and homeless (the “other” side of Central Florida), each athlete please purchase (at home and bring) a $5-10 (approx.) toy and/or a package of socks.  The volleyball players will bring their gifts directly to their service project locations.

To ensure gifts and socks for a full range of ages and boys/girls:
·         Coaches bring gift/socks for newborn to 3 years old (males for boys, females for girls)
·         If your birthday is in Jan or Jul, buy for 4-5 year olds (males for boys, females for girls)
·         If your birthday is in Feb or Aug, buy for 6-7 year olds.
·         If your birthday is in Mar or Sept, buy for 8-9 year olds.
·         If your birthday is in Apr or Oct, buy for 10-11 year olds.
·         If your birthday is in May or Nov, buy for 12-13 year olds.
·         If your birthday is in Jun or Dec, buy for 14-16 year olds.
Note: if dolls or action figures, please look for darker skin tones!

Plus, from each team, 20 pairs of socks for children/teens (no baby).  One of our partners ministering in the jails says that for the inmates she works with, a pair of socks can be their only holiday gift.  The volleyball players will be adding a gospel message to each gift, including the gifts brought by soccer teams!
Please no toy weapons.  Please try to buy above Dollar General store because this is where these people normally shop and we would like to have better quality.

Bring your gifts to the Coaches meeting on Tuesday night if you have them.  If not, then bring them to your practice time.

Judy Fox
Founder/President
Ignite International

A 27-year veteran volleyball coach, Judy Fox has most recently served as a primary consultant for the Nicaragua Volleyball Federation as well as to various programs within The Palestinian Territory.  She has taken teams on mission trips to 14 countries.

Judy is very comfortable with the hard work required to produce excellence. Having grown up in East Stroudsburg, PA, she did not play organized volleyball until she walked on to her college team as a freshman. Four years later, Judy was honored as an All-American.

Over the next 14 years, Judy enjoyed coaching at the collegiate level, including as 1st assistant at the University of North Texas, in the NCAA Division I Big West Conference. From there, Judy took on the task of building a program for a small, private high school in Dallas, TX and, over a 5 year period, won the first championship for any girls' athletic team in school history. She led her squad to the District and Bi-District Championships and finished in the Top 8 in the state of Texas.  She has also founded two volleyball clubs in the North Texas Region.

In May 2003, Ignite International was born. Judy now invests her time exactly the same as she has spent much of her life. That is, committing 100% to a cause bigger than herself; impacting lives with her gift of coaching and producing excellence, regardless of the odds.  Most importantly, her own words summarize her philosophy of coaching and life, “It's all about relationship!”

Thank you to Ignite International and Judy Fox for serving as chaplain during the NCCAA Volleyball Championships.

SCORE International
Tim Craiger from SCORE International will be around during the championship and would love to visit with anyone who might be interested in going on a volleyball mission trip.

SPONSORS
While in Kissimmee, the NCCAA asks that all participating teams make every effort to support the local establishments that have helped underwrite this event.  These businesses will be listed in the event program along with any NCCAA special offers they may be honoring.  There are coaches flyers in the packets as well.
