The
Ministry
[Back
to top] |
|
Since
1968, the NCCAA has provided ministry and outreach to
thousands of young men and women through intercollegiate
athletic competition
with a Christian perspective. Athletics are used
as a tool to impact and develop our young people into
leaders of tomorrow.
As
America's largest Christian intercollegiate athletic association,
the NCCAA serves approximately 100 Christian colleges and universities,
sponsoring 22 national championships. It also sponsors
mission endeavors throughout the world, sharing the witness
of Jesus Christ through athletics.
The
NCCAA Pro-Am provides a large portion of the annual financial
budget for NCCAA outreach. This event has assisted
thousands student-athletes in their missions endeavors
around the world.
|
The
Purpose
[Back
to top] |
For
the 23rd year the NCCAA Pro-Am will be conducted to help
support the NCCAA in both the general operations area and
in the support of student-athletes and coaches as they
travel the nation and world in sports ministry.
The
Pro-Am is also a time for its fellowship, spiritual renewal
and, of course, great golf. Andy Chrisman will minister to all those
attending by providing spiritual emphasis and fun through
music and sport!
|

Music
& Ministry
Spiritual encouragement will be provided throughout
the weekend. Be ready to laugh 'til it hurts as
Dr. Dennis Swanberg, America's Minister of
Encouragement, inspires guests in their faith through
his humorous look at life. Returning this year is
Mark Harris, formerly of 4HIM and a favorite of Pro-Am
guests, to minister to us through his gift of music.

friendships have been formed among the families who
attend the NCCAA Pro-Am. Several activities are
planned just for the women, teens and kids. Join
us for as many activities as you like...we'll have a
