The Ministry [Back to top]

Since 1968, the NCCAA has provided ministry and outreach to thousands of young men and women through intercollegiate athletic competition with a Christian perspective.  Athletics are used as a tool to impact and develop our young people into leaders of tomorrow.

As America's largest Christian intercollegiate athletic association, the NCCAA serves 99 Christian colleges and universities, sponsoring 22 national championships.  It also sponsors mission endeavors throughout the world, sharing the witness of Jesus Christ through athletics.

The NCCAA Pro-Am provides a large portion of the annual financial budget for NCCAA outreach.  This event has assisted over 4,300 student-athletes in their missions endeavors around the world.

The Purpose [Back to top]

For the 21st year the NCCAA Pro-Am will be conducted to help support the NCCAA in both the general operations area and in the support of student-athletes and coaches as they travel the nation and world in sports ministry.

The Pro-Am is also a time for its fellowship, spiritual renewal and, of course, great golf.  Andy Chrisman will minister to all those attending by providing spiritual emphasis and fun through music and sport!

The Site & Directions [Back to top]

Hammock Beach Resort, Palm Coast, FL:  Dreams really do come true at the new destination resort, a rare sanctuary of sapphire ocean views, Old World charm and pampering service. Set upon one of the most pristine stretches of Atlantic coastline in Northeast Florida, this private resort is a haven of refined elegance to please the whole family. You’ll enjoy accommodations that feature balconies overlooking ocean and golf course views. And a superior guest experience that you won’t find at other resorts. Your personal concierge arranges activities to your preferences, from tee times to treatments at their luscious spa, so that everything is taken care of for you.

Hammock Beach Resort offers two unforgettable golf experiences. Both designed by masters, and both guaranteed to thrill casual golfers and club record holders alike.

The Conservatory Golf Course at Ginn Hammock Beach, a Tom Watson Signature design, offers 140 acres of dramatic elevations and undulating greens not commonly found in Florida. In fact, the Conservatory has the highest slope rating in Florida! With six tee boxes per hole, the Conservatory promises an exciting challenge for all levels of play, and when played from the back tees there is no longer course in the state. Highlighted by man-made waterfalls, babbling brooks and veneered field stone work, the Conservatory offers as much for the senses as it does for the game.

The Ocean Course is a Jack Nicklaus Signature design with six holes that put the players right on the very edge of the Atlantic Ocean. The Ocean Course has built a loyal following over the years, and is often mentioned in lists of the country’s best resort courses. Come see for yourself what oceanfront golf was meant to be.

The Ocean Course served as the site for one of the biggest events of the PGA Champions Tour in 2007 with the inaugural Ginn Championship.
