The 2013 NCCAA Men's and Women's Indoor Track & Field Championship was be held on February 15-16 at Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana.

Azusa Pacific University wins the 2013 NCCAA Men's Indoor Track & Field National Championship. Earning a total of 110.50 points Azusa took home the national title banner. Taking the title for the 2013 NCCAA Women's Track & Field National Championship was Shorter University. Shorter earned the national title banner with a total of 149 points.
