Registration Procedure & Expenses
Registration: [back to top] Each member is required to have a voting delegate at the event. Pre-register online (preferred), mail or fax your registration form to the NCCAA by May 16 (one person per registration). Total fees should be remitted with registration. Checks should be made payable to NCCAA and note Convention Registration. If you wish to pay by credit card (American Express, MasterCard or Visa), please register securely online.
On site registration hours: Thursday, June 2, 12:00 - 6:30 p.m. Friday, June 3, 7:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Fees: [back to top] Registration: A registration fee of $200 per person is due with each registration. Registration includes five meals and all sessions. (register securely online)
Hotel rooms: A special NCCAA rate is available at $115, single or double occupancy, is available through May 16. (see below)
Additional Activities/Costs: All fees must be included with registration fees. Golf Outing: $TBA (lunch included) at TBA. 12:30-5:00 p.m. Thursday afternoon.
Meal tickets: Spouse Hall of Fame Ticket $50 Spouse 5-meal package $140 Guest hall of Fame Ticket $75 each
Vendor Registration: Vendor exhibit space is available on a first-come, first-served basis for $750 (includes registration and 5-meal package to promote networking). Each exhibitor will be assigned a space (8’x10’) and provided with a skirted table and two chairs. Vendors will be given three minutes during “Breakfast with Partners” to highlight their business/products.
Exhibits must be set-up by 9:00 a.m. on Friday, June 3 and a $50 refund will be given for all booths still up at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 4. Tear down begins at 1:30 p.m.
Hotel Reservations [back to top] All hotel reservations should be made directly and securely online with the Hilton Greenville. Reservations should be made by May 16 and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and based on availability of rooms. The guest room rate for the NCCAA Convention is $115 (single or double occupancy).
Ground: Free shuttle service is available from Greenville/Spartanburg Airport (GSP) to the convention hotel by calling from a courtesy phone located in the baggage claim area.

Reimbursement Policy [back to top] National Sport Chairs: The NCCAA will reimburse for air or ground transportation. To be eligible for reimbursement, individuals must be in attendance for all required meetings and airfare must be based upon a 21-day advance fare. Thursday and Friday nights’ lodging and meals during travel, beginning with Thursday dinner, will also be reimbursed. National Sport Chairs are responsible for the Convention registration fee of $200 as well as any social activities (golf, attractions, etc.).
Regional Chairs: The NCCAA will cover meals, beginning with Thursday dinner, plus Friday and Saturday nights' lodging. Regions are responsible for reimbursement for transportation.
