Registration Procedure & Expenses

Each member is required to have a voting delegate at the event.  Pre-register online (preferred), mail or fax your registration form to the NCCAA by May 16 (one person per registration).  Total fees should be remitted with registration.  Checks should be made payable to NCCAA and note Convention Registration.  If you wish to pay by credit card (American Express, MasterCard or Visa), please register securely online.  

 

Spouse ActivitiesNEW FOR 2010

Nancy Malone and Dawn Lahm have designed special activities just for spouses who attend the annual convention.  This will be a wonderful time of fellowship for those who participate.

Registration:  A registration fee of $200 per person is due with each registration.  Registration includes five meals and all sessions.  (register securely online)

 

Hotel rooms:  A special NCCAA rate is available at $105, single or double occupancy, is available through May 16.  (see below)

 

Additional Activities/CostsAll fees must be included with registration fees. 

  • Hall of Fame Dinner for spouse:  $50

  • Hall of Fame Dinner for other guests:  $90 per person

  • Spouse Meal Package:  If your spouse joins you for the convention and would like to be part of the five meal package, the cost is $125 which includes the Hall of Fame Banquet.

  • Area Attractions:  On your own.   Visit www.greenvillecvb.com for more information.

  • Golf Outing:  Verdae Greens golf Course.  The annual golf outing has become a highlight of the convention because it lends itself to great fellowship and friendly competition.  Lunch is included. 

  • Vendor Registration:  $750 (includes convention registration and five-meal package to promote networking).  Limited space available.  Vendors receive an 8'x10' space, skirted table and two chairs.  Exhibits must be set-up by 9:30 a.m. on Friday, June 4 and a $50 refund will be given for all booths still up at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 5.  Tear down begins at 3:00 p.m.  Vendors will be given three minutes during “Breakfast with Partners” to highlight their business/products.

All hotel reservations should be made directly with Hilton Greenville & Towers.  Reservations should be made by May 16 and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and based on availability of rooms. Reimbursement Policy  [back to top]

National Sport Chairs:  The NCCAA will reimburse for air and ground transportation. To be eligible for reimbursement, individuals must be in attendance for all required meetings and airfare must be based upon a 21-day advance fare. Thursday and Friday nights’ lodging and meals during travel, beginning with Thursday dinner, will also be reimbursed. National Sport Chairs are responsible for the Convention registration fee of $200 as well as any social activities (golf, tours, etc.).

 

Regional Chairs:  The NCCAA will cover meals, beginning with Thursday dinner, plus Friday and Saturday nights' lodging.  Regions are responsible for reimbursement for transportation Regional Chairs are responsible for the convention registration fee of $200 and any social activities (golf, tours, etc.).
