NCCAA Office Needs
All potential
teams must have submitted roster (per form sent from Kelly Wood) and
high resolution photo by Friday, October 30 at 12:00 Noon (Eastern).
These should be sent to Kelly Wood (kwood@thenccaa.org).
Hotel:
NEW BOOKING PROCESS!!
The host hotel where
all participating teams must reside
is the Holiday Inn Main Gate East located at 5711 W. Hwy. 192,
Kissimmee, Florida 34746. All team rooms must be booked through the
NCCAA Office by contacting Dan Wood (dwood@thenccaa.org
or 864-250-1199, ext. 105). Team representative should know how many
King bed rooms and Two Queen bed rooms they need for there stay. By
booking through the NCCAA, all NCCAA member schools will avoid the 13%
tax/fees applicable to individual team bookings.
Parents and other
fans must call 800-327-1128 to receive the NCCAA rates listed above.

Practice Sessions
Angie Taulborg
(402-670-4016 and
ataulborg8000@graceu.edu) NCCAA Women’s Division II Volleyball
Chairperson, will assign/schedule all practice sessions which are only
available on Wednesday, November 10 at 8:00, 9:05, 10:10, 11:15, and
12:20. Please call, text or email Angie prior to November 3th
with your requested time. Teams may park in public lot at side of
building and enter through main lobby for practice day only.
Each team will have
one hour on-court time with a 5-minute switch time built into schedule.
Teams wishing to have split time on both courts must arrange such a
split with their assigned practice partner.
Beginning Thursday,
teams vehicles will park in the restricted area (you will be directed
upon arrival) each day and all players/staff will enter through the
security checkpoint which is for players/staff only in back of
building. Please allow 3-5 minutes for this check-in process which is
required for all city/municipal facilities.
Facility Guidelines
No outside food or
drink is allowed to be brought into the facility. This is due to
restricted agreements with city/county concessionaires.
All guests (other
than official and team vehicles) will be responsible for the $5/day
parking fee in lots located near the Civic Center.
CSP
Schedule, Wednesday 11/9 2:00-5:00 PM
The event Christian
Service Project (CSP) is a hands-on opportunity for NCCAA Division II
Volleyball to assist Campus Crusade for Christ in the ministry in
Osceola County.
Coaches Meetings
(required)
The Championship
Coaches Meeting will be Wednesday, November 9 at 3:15-5:30 PM at Campus
Crusade for Christ headquarters. Coaches should plan to sit in on
initial welcome and prayer time for the CSP at 3:00 PM and then break
away for meeting as student-athletes begin their CSP effort. We are
very thankful to CCC for providing the necessary meeting space at no
cost to the NCCAA.
The All-American
Selection Committee will meet Wednesday, November 10 at 9:00-11:30
AM at the Kissimmee Civic Center. This meeting is for Regional Chairs
only and will be chaired by Angie Taulborg, NCCAA Division II Women’s
Volleyball Chairperson.
Championship Banquet
The Opening Serve
Banquet (Sunday attire requested) will be held at the
Kissimmee Civic Center on Wednesday, November 9 at 7:30 PM. This event
is for all participating student-athletes, coaching staffs and parents
(spaced available). Tickets for parents/fans are $25 and may be paid
via cash or check at the door. Coaches are asked to reserve all
necessary seats for their team traveling party and any parents/fans they
desire to have at the banquet through Jerry Malone (jmalone@thenccaa.org)
by Friday, November 4 at 5:00 PM.
Parking
All team vehicles
will have access to restricted parking fee of charge. All other
vehicles will be subject to $5/day charge per city ordinance.

NCCAA
Member Passes will be accepted for entry into all NCCAA Fall
Championship events (NOTE: Coaches may not give their NCCAA Pass to
fans/spectators in an effort to avoid purchasing a ticket). Any
participating volleyball or soccer team may attend any NCCAA Fall
Championship event for a team entry fee of $25 (regardless of number in
official traveling party). This does not include any parents/fans of
participating teams.

Rental Vehicles for Team Flying To
Orlando (MCO)
The NCCAA”s
Preferred Vendor for rental vehicles for those teams traveling to
Kissimmee, FL for the Division II Championships, is

process for securing your vehicles (including 12 passenger vans) is:

Championship Apparel
Fine Designs,
the NCCAA Official Championship Apparel Provider, will be on site

allow each participant to design their own shirt.
